
The ton bag feeding station is primarily designed for opening and unloading powdered and granular ton bag materials. This equipment boasts several advantages, including low power consumption, excellent sealing performance, swift unpacking and unloading, customizable stopping and feeding times (without compromising the properties of unused materials), and reduced labor intensity. Materials are lifted to the feeding platform via an electric hoist, and the packaging bag's discharge opening is manually or automatically opened. The unpacked powdered and granular materials flow into the downstream device of the feeding platform by gravity. During this process, the dust raised is drawn into the filter chamber by a strong negative pressure airflow, and then trapped on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The clean gas passes through the interior of the filter cartridge and is subsequently expelled by a fan, ensuring dust-free operation and running on site.

The ton bag feeding station lifts the ton bag-packed materials to the feeding inlet. After manually opening the discharge port of the packaging bag, the flow control valve and the accompanying vibrating discharge device are activated to facilitate the powder and granular materials inside the bag to fall into the lower hopper due to their own weight. The ton bag feeding station is primarily designed to handle dry powder and granular materials packaged in large bags (ton bags) weighing between 1000–2000 kg (1–2 tons). It is not suitable for liquids, highly wet and viscous materials, or flammable and explosive dusts (unless specially designed for explosion protection).
