The main difference in structure between vibrating probability screens and flexible vibrating screens is that vibrating probability screens use multiple layers (usually 3-6 layers), large inclination angles (usually 30 ° -60 °), and large sieve holes (sieve hole size is 2 to 10 times the separation particle size) on the screen surface.

Probability screening is a screening machine that actively utilizes the principle of probability screening. This screening theory states that the duration of retention of each object inside during operation is inversely proportional to its size and weight. Through practical experiments, it has been found that when the particle size is much smaller than that of the cavity, it can quickly pass through the surface of the screening surface. The closer the particle size is to the diameter of the cavity, the longer the retention time. If the diameters of both parties are close, the retention time of the particle is longer. In layman's terms, larger particles have longer retention time and smaller particles have shorter retention time.
After the screening machine is started, two symmetrically arranged vibration motors or exciters of the same model and specification operate synchronously in reverse. The excitation force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating body screen box through the transmission body motor or exciter base, causing the screen box to drive the screen surface to vibrate periodically, thereby causing the material on the screen surface to perform directional jumping motion together with the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen surface aperture fall into the lower layer through the screen holes, becoming undersized materials. Materials larger than the screen surface aperture are discharged from the discharge port through continuous jumping motion, completing the screening operation.
