Airflow control: The key to achieving dust-free feeding through an airflow control system. It uses negative pressure to control the flow of materials, keeping the powder material in a stable state inside the equipment and avoiding dust generation and leakage. At the same time, by precisely controlling the flow rate and direction of the airflow, it ensures that the materials are dispensed according to the set path and speed.
Filling control: Equipped with a filling control system, it can accurately control the filling amount of materials. Real time monitoring and adjustment of the filling amount of materials are carried out through devices such as sensors, meters, and controllers. When the set target filling amount is reached, the control system will automatically stop dispensing to ensure the accuracy of the amount of powder material dispensed each time.
Equipment collaboration: usually works in conjunction with other equipment (such as packaging machines, conveyor belts, etc.) to form an automated production line. Through linkage control with other devices, achieve seamless connection between continuous material feeding and packaging process. This can improve production efficiency and reduce the possibility of manual intervention and operational errors.
