The vibration conveyor uses a vibration motor as the vibration source to make the material move forward in a straight line while being thrown up, achieving the purpose of conveying. There are two types: open and closed. The cross-section of the material trough can be made into various forms such as circular, rectangular, or trapezoidal. The feeding and discharging of the material trough can also be made into various forms such as one point feeding, one point discharging, multi-point discharging, etc. according to the needs.
It can uniformly, timed, and continuously feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device, with a high degree of automation.
The width of the material trough ranges from 6 inches to 5 feet, with a length of up to 30 feet and a conveying length of up to 10 meters. Multiple machines can be used in series to achieve long-distance conveying.
The feeding and discharging of the material trough can also be made into single/multi-point feeding, single/multi-point discharging and other forms as needed.
The excitation force can be adjusted, the flow rate can be changed and controlled at any time, and the adjustment is convenient and stable.

When the vibration motors start, the excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the conveyor trough. The two vibration motors rotate in reverse, causing the bottom balance frame of the conveyor to produce reciprocating vibration. Through the action of the main vibration spring and the guide plate spring, the upper conveyor trough is driven to vibrate. This vibration force causes sliding friction between the materials in the conveyor trough, thereby achieving forward material transport.

Motor vibration conveyor, can be made according to user needs:
Lower vibration type (X): The vibration motor is placed under the conveyor;
Upper vibration type (S): The vibration motor is placed on top of the feeder;
Variable speed (T): The vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-rated frequency;
Open type (K): The upper part of the conveyor is open, which is more suitable for downward vibration type;
Sealed (F): The conveyor is completely sealed except for the inlet and outlet ports;
Base type (Z): For large (heavy) conveyors, a base type structure is generally used.
