The basic working principle of a tubular vibrating feeder is as follows: after the equipment is started, two vibrating motors or exciters of the same model and specifications, which are symmetrically arranged, run synchronously in opposite directions. The excitation force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating body—the feeding trough—through the transmission body—motor or exciter base, causing the trough to vibrate periodically. As a result, the material in the trough moves in a directional jumping motion toward the discharge end, thus completing the material conveying operation.
