The unique structure and grid design of the straight screen enhance the durability of the screen, making it quick to replace and easy to disassemble, enabling the replacement of the screen to be completed within 5 minutes.
The direct screening uses a vibration motor to utilize the phase angle of two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of its shaft, as well as the intersection angle between the two motors, to transform the rotational motion of the vibration motor into multiple overlapping forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal effects. These forces are then transmitted to the screening surface to achieve the purpose of screening. Changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can alter the magnitude of the excitation force and the trajectory of the material's movement.
Direct discharge screen, also known as direct discharge vibrating screen, is divided into two types: single vibration source and double vibration source. The single vibration source mainly produces up and down vibration when applied to the material and does not have automatic discharge function. The double vibration source can generate vortex motion on the screen surface and has automatic discharge function. It is mainly used for impurity removal and screening of powder in the process flow of powder production line.
