It is made of 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel, and both the inside and outside of the machine have been polished. There are no welding seams, and the cleanliness is high, easy to clean, and can ensure that materials are not contaminated during the screening process, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Sift to 500 mesh or 0.028mm, the finished particle shape is uniform, and adding bouncing balls made of silicone can effectively prevent sieve hole blockage, improve screening accuracy and yield.
Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, with internal and external mirror polishing, surface finish of 0.1-0.2 RA, ensuring no material deposition, less likely to contaminate raw materials, and easier to clean.
Avoid chemical reactions with acidic and alkaline materials, and be able to resist high temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius.
The fully enclosed structure eliminates the problem of dust in the air and avoids any opportunity for cross contamination between batches.
Principle of stainless steel vibrating screen: The basic principle is to use an upright vibrating motor as the excitation source. Eccentric heavy hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert its rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends can change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

Food industry: The hygiene standards required by the food industry are very high.
