Product description

Peculiarity
  • Sift to 500 mesh or 0.028mm, the finished particle shape is uniform, and adding bouncing balls made of silicone can effectively prevent sieve hole blockage, improve screening accuracy and yield.

  • Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, with internal and external mirror polishing, surface finish of 0.1-0.2 RA, ensuring no material deposition, less likely to contaminate raw materials, and easier to clean.

Working principle

Principle of stainless steel vibrating screen: The basic principle is to use an upright vibrating motor as the excitation source. Eccentric heavy hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert its rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends can change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
