After the screening machine is started, the shaking body of the screening machine, that is, the screening box, moves back and forth under the action of inertia. The screening box drives the screening surface to shake periodically, so that the material on the screening surface moves in a directional jumping motion together with the screening box. During this process, the material smaller than the aperture of the screening surface falls to the lower layer through the screening hole, becoming the undersized material. The material larger than the aperture of the screening surface is discharged from the discharge port after continuous rolling and jumping motion, thus completing the screening work.

1. Refined quartz sand
Refined quartz sand, also known as acid washed quartz sand, is made by complex processing of selected high-quality ores. The particle size range is 5-480 mesh, and can be produced according to user requirements. The appearance is white or crystalline. Main applications: advanced glass, glass products, refractory materials, melted stones, precision casting, grinding wheel grinding materials, etc. (mm is millimeter)
2. fused silica sand
The appearance is colorless and transparent block shaped, with particles or white powder. Therefore, in order to make quartz sand widely used in various fields, it is necessary to screen and grade the quartz sand, which requires the use of quartz sand vibrating screens.
3. High purity quartz sand
Made from grade 1-3 natural crystal stones and high-quality natural stones, carefully selected and finely processed. The particle size range is 1-0.5mm, 0.5—0.1mm, 0.1—0.01mm, 0.01-0.005mm, can be produced according to user requirements. (mm is millimeter)
4. Ordinary quartz sand
The fire resistance is 1750 ℃, with large particles on the surface and yellow skin capsules. The particle size range is 5-220 mesh, and can be produced according to user requirements. Main applications: metallurgy, silicon carbide, glass and glass products, enamel, cast steel, water filtration, foaming alkali, chemical industry, spray painting and other industries.
