Quartz sand is a non-metallic mineral that is a hard, wear-resistant, and chemically stable silicate mineral widely used. Taking quartz stone slabs as an example: they have the characteristics of being scratch resistant, environmentally friendly, and durable. Quartz sand grading process flow
Firstly, the stone material is initially crushed by a coarse crusher, and then the produced coarse material is transported by a belt conveyor to a fine crusher for further crushing. The fine crushed stone material enters a vibrating screen to separate two types of stones, which meet the feeding particle size requirements of the sand making machine, and the other part is returned to the fine crusher. Part of the stones in the sand making machine are made into sand, which is then washed by the sand washing machine to produce finished sand, while the other part is crushed again by the sand machine.
2. The production line has a high degree of automation, low operating costs, high crushing rate, energy saving, large output, low pollution, easy maintenance, and produces mechanism sand that meets national standards. The product has uniform particle size and good particle shape.
Effective analysis of customer needs
1. Quartz sand is classified into multiple layers, with different particle sizes serving different purposes. It is used for screening any dry material with a moisture content of less than 7% and no viscosity. The finished coarse materials generally have 4 mesh, 8 mesh, 16 mesh, 30 mesh, 50 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, and 140 mesh. Screening accuracy>90%, requiring uniform and neat particle size of the same specification, without large particles or fine powder.
2. Currently, due to the efficiency issue of the sand making machine, the quartz stone slab production line can only produce 20-30% of the 100 ton sand making machine per hour, which requires a large processing capacity of probability screening to complete. The probability screening equipment alone is 3-5 times that of ordinary vibrating screens.
