Working principle

    The vertical conveyor uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source. The combined amplitude of two vibrating motors propels the material upwards along the spiral conveyor trough. During vibration, when the acceleration perpendicular to the bottom of the trough is sufficiently large, the material will detach from the bottom and fly through the air along a parabolic trajectory until it falls back to the bottom, completing one movement cycle. This process repeats, causing the material to move upwards along the spiral trough, thus completing the conveying process. The DZC vertical conveyor is mainly used for lifting granular, powdery, and lumpy materials. This conveyor has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, delivers a fixed quantity of material, and has continuously adjustable conveying capacity. It can be used for vertical conveying of small granular materials in various industries. In addition to lifting materials from bottom to top, it can also perform drying and cooling functions. It is available in both open-trough and closed-type structures, and can be designed as a screening elevator for material particle classification and an elevator for flammable and explosive materials according to different process requirements.
