Product description

    Linear vibrating screens utilize a vibrating motor as the vibration source, causing materials to be thrown up on the screen mesh while simultaneously moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the screening machine's feed inlet evenly from the feeder. Through multiple layers of screens, several sizes of oversize and undersize materials are produced, each discharging from its respective outlet. Features include low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust spillage, and automatic discharge, making it ideal for assembly line operations.

Working principle

    When two vibrating motors mounted longitudinally on the screen body operate relative to each other, the transverse excitation force generated by them cancels each other out due to the relative operation of the motors. The longitudinal excitation force is transmitted to the entire screen box through the vibration transmission body, causing the screen surface to vibrate. As a result, the material on the screen surface is subjected to the excitation force and jumps on the screen surface towards the discharge direction. The material smaller than the screen hole falls to the lower layer through the screen hole and flows out from the discharge port after continuous jumping. Due to the reasonable screening process, after the material is classified by the vibrating screen, several different particle sizes can be obtained, thus completing the material classification operation.
