1. Quartz sand is classified in multiple layers. Different particle sizes have different uses. Screening of any dry material with less than 7% water content and no sticky material. The finished coarse materials generally have 4 mesh, 8 mesh, 16 mesh, 30 mesh, 50 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, and 140 mesh. The sieving accuracy is more than 90%. It is required that the granularity of the same specification is uniform and tidy, and does not contain large particles and fine powder.
2. At present, due to the efficiency of the sand making machine of the quartz stone plate line, the sand making machine with an hourly output of 100 tons, the finished product only accounts for 20-30%. This requires a large-capacity probability screen to complete. 3-5 times of ordinary shaker.
