The three-dimensional vibrating screen may encounter noise problems when it is applied

When the three-dimensional vibrating screen is applied, it may encounter noise problems, so how to solve these noise problems?

A. Source of noise from screening equipment:

1. Arrangement of eccentric quality of screening equipment

During the operation of the vibrator, due to the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric mass, the eccentric shaft is completed, which causes the relative deflection of the inner and outer races of the bearing, and the estimated motion of the rolling elements in the bearing changes, thereby increasing the vibration response.

2. Bearing

The vibration of the bearing during operation mainly comes from both structure and manufacturing. In terms of structure, the rolling element is stretched by the load, causing a slight change in the position of the axis and causing vibration. In terms of manufacturing, the geometrical errors of the rolling elements, cages, inner and outer rings and then the rolling table will cause vibration. Among them, the waviness has a large influence, followed by different degrees and surface finishes. Among the parts, the geometric error of the rolling element surface has a great influence on vibration and noise.

During operation, load, speed, lubrication and working clearance all affect the vibration of the bearing to varying degrees. Grease-lubricated bearings are prone to pitting corrosion, which increases the bearing's vibration response.

B. Effective method to reduce the noise of the rotary vibrating screen

1. Under the condition of satisfying the service life of the bearing, try to use a bearing with a smaller size and a higher box degree;

2. In the design of the screen box structure, the rigidity of the side plates should be considered, and the appropriate rigidity should be used to reduce the vibration, thereby reducing the low-frequency noise waves. A damping layer can also be coated on the steel plate of the screen box to reduce vibration;

3. Use more rubber and plastic components

a. In the screening of granular materials, practice has proved that the noise level of the rubber cooking sieve plate is about 10 dB lower than that of the metal sieve plate;

b. Use metal sieve plates or stainless steel slotted sieve plates, which need to be connected to the screen frame through buffer rubber or plastic pads to avoid noise caused by the impact of metal parts;

c. Although the coil spring has a low natural frequency, a large static compression capacity and a load-bearing capacity, it can withstand temperature, oil resistance and stable performance, but it is easy to transmit high frequency vibration and intermediate frequency vibration. In order to reduce noise, a layer of rubber is adhered to the spring steel wire to increase damping;

d. Rubber springs have low noise during operation, but due to their internal resistance, sufficient iron heat dissipation area should be considered when designing.
